Maureen Kelley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland and Virginia. She specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals ranging from early childhood to young adulthood. Maureen began her career in 2013 as a teaching assistant and special educator in autism classrooms in nonpublic schools. She became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience delivering ABA therapy in school, community, clinic, and home settings. She earned her Master of Education in Special Education, along with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, from George Mason University in 2021. Maureen is deeply committed to helping children build essential skills that foster independence and a meaningful engagement with the world around them. She believes that utilizing positive behavior strategies to aid in developing functional communication and social skills empowers individuals to express their needs, form connections, and navigate their environment with confidence. By focusing on these core areas, she strives to enhance each child's overall quality of life, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in both everyday interactions and long-term personal growth. Outside of her professional work, Maureen enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Justine Peggins is a Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializing in treating clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has provided clinical ABA services since 2015 in home, educational, and clinical environments. Justine was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, University College, a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and holds a certificate in Autism. Her passion is in early childhood intervention and she has worked with children ranging from ages 2 to 18. Justine’s best-loved aspect of her profession is observing a client transform by gaining independence, and acquiring crucial life skills. In her spare time Justine enjoys spending time with her 9 year old daughter, and two dogs.
Mary Hodson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland, specializing in treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has been providing ABA services in home and educational settings since 2020. Mary earned her Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from Walden University in 2019 and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2021. Her passion for ABA began while working in early childhood education and collaborating with other ABA providers caring for children with special needs. She enjoys working closely with families and clients to teach independence and important life skills. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, and getting lost in books.
Rose has been a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2019. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Washington College before discovering her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Inspired by her work, she went on to complete a master’s degree in Special Education with a certificate in ABA from George Mason University. Rose has worked exclusively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ranging in age from toddlers to teenagers, but specializes in young children and early intervention. She is passionate about improving communication skills through the integration of various communication methods, including verbal language, alternative communication devices, and American Sign Language (ASL). Her focus on verbal behavior and early intervention helps children develop the tools they need to express themselves and engage meaningfully with the world around them. Currently working toward Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, Rose is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the individuals she supports. Outside of work, Rose enjoys tackling new DIY projects, exploring thrift stores, and planning weekend getaways with her fiancé.
Tiera Gadson is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has worked with both adults and children with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities from ages 2 to 85 since 2016. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from Delaware State University in fall 2017. Tiera discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in late 2021 and obtained her RBT certification in February 2022 and continues to work in the field in both home and clinical settings. Tiera plans to obtain her Master of Education with a concentration in ABA in the near future. She is passionate about the field of ABA and specializes in decreasing behaviors and increasing functional communication during Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Tiera loves pouring into her clients and watching them blossom into independent individuals. When she is not in session, Tiera enjoys crafting, trying TikTok recipes, and spending quality time with her dog.
Sarah has dedicated her career to working with children with disabilities, serving as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a special educator. She has extensive experience supporting individuals across the autism spectrum, helping them navigate behavioral and emotional challenges. Through her work, Sarah has developed a strong skill set in implementing evidence-based interventions that promote growth and independence. Sarah is extremely passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and is committed to helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in social settings. She finds great fulfillment in supporting their communication, social interactions, and emotional regulation to foster connections with others. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, longboarding, and watching The Walking Dead.
