Co-owner

Justine Peggins is a Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializing in treating clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has provided clinical ABA services since 2015 in home, educational, and clinical environments. Justine was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, University College, a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and holds a certificate in Autism. Her passion is in early childhood intervention and she has worked with children ranging from ages 2 to 18.  Justine’s best-loved aspect of her profession is observing a client transform by gaining independence, and acquiring crucial life skills. In her spare time Justine enjoys spending time with her 9 year old daughter, and two dogs.

 Maureen Kelley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland and Virginia. She specializes in treating children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder between the ages of 2 to 18, and has been working in the Applied Behavior Analysis field since 2015. Maureen’s journey in the field started in 2013 when she worked in nonpublic schools throughout Prince George’s County as a teaching assistant and special educator in autism classrooms. She received her Registered Behavior Technician certification in 2015 and has provided ABA services in the school, community, clinic, and home settings since then. Maureen earned her M.Ed. in Special Education with a certificate in ABA from George Mason University in 2021. She enjoys working with children of all ages and places an emphasis on functional communication, social skills, and behavior reduction. When she is not working, Maureen can be found spending time with her husband and their two dogs or traveling.
